If it doesn't work, you don't pay.

The Renovue Project Plan is a one-time payment for one project. Here's when you can get your money back.

Full refund: when we don't deliver

If your Project Plan or its visual concepts fail to generate, or arrive incomplete or unusable, you're entitled to a full refund. Tell us within 14 days of purchase and we'll either fix it or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Refund review: other problems

If something else went wrong with your purchase, ask within 14 days and we'll review it. Each request is looked at individually, and we'll tell you what we decide.

Not covered: design preference

Your first remodel of each space is free, so you see the design direction before you pay. The visual concepts are AI-generated and will vary. Not liking a design or a concept isn't grounds for a refund.

How to ask

Use the contact form and include the email you used at checkout and, if you have it, the link to your project. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Stripe and usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
