What Renovue is

Renovue creates AI remodel concepts from a photo of your space, with preliminary cost ranges, and sells an optional Project Plan for a project. Renovue does no remodeling work, and is not a contractor, designer, architect or engineer. Renovue is operated by Golamac, Inc. ("we" and "us" in these terms).

Concepts and estimates are for planning only

Remodel images are AI-generated visualizations, not designs or construction documents. They may show things that aren't possible, practical or permitted in your home, and they can't see what's behind your walls, floors or ceilings. Preliminary planning estimate only. Actual costs vary based on location, labor, materials, existing conditions, project scope and contractor. Renovue does not provide contractor quotes. Always get advice and quotes from qualified, licensed professionals before you make decisions or start work.

Cost ranges are not quotes, offers or guarantees, and actual bids may be higher or lower. The Project Plan, including its contractor-ready summary, is a starting point for conversations with professionals, not a specification, drawing or scope of work. Contractors and other professionals must do their own assessment of your home. You are responsible for your remodeling decisions, for choosing who you hire, and for permits and code requirements. We are not responsible for the work, advice or prices of anyone you hire.

Free remodels

Your first remodel of each space is free. We limit free use to keep the service available for everyone, and we may change those limits.

The Project Plan

The Project Plan is a one-time payment for one project, at the price shown before checkout. It is not a subscription and nothing renews. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own secure checkout page; Renovue never receives your card number. See pricing for what's included.

Refunds

If your Project Plan or its visual concepts fail to generate, or arrive incomplete or unusable, you're entitled to a full refund if you tell us within 14 days of purchase. Other problems can be reviewed on request within 14 days. Because you preview the design for free before paying, not liking a design or concept isn't grounds for a refund. Your photos

Only upload photos you took or have permission to use, of spaces you have the right to photograph. You keep ownership of your photos. You allow us to store and process them, including through our AI provider, to create your concepts and plan, as described in our privacy page. You may use the concepts and plan we create for you for your own planning, including sharing them with family and contractors.

Fair use

Don't upload unlawful, harmful or explicit content, photos of people without their consent, or anything you don't have the right to use. Don't try to break, overload or get around the limits of the service. We may remove content or block use that breaks these rules.

The service

We work to keep Renovue available and accurate, but it is provided as is, and AI results vary. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made based on concepts or estimates, or for indirect losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to what you paid for it. We may update the service and these terms; the date below shows the latest version.
